In the heart of the rolling Tuscan hills, surrounded by olive trees and a large garden, lies the pretty mini-chalet “la terrazza degli olivi” – “The Olive Terrace” – overlooking the Casentino.
The climate-controlled chalet has three separate mini-environments (kitchenette, living area, master bed-room, bath with shower) and also has an outside oven and barbeque for pleasurable and fun grilling.
The chalet is equidistant from Siena (60 km) and Florence (65 km), Perugia (70 km) and Cortona (25 km), the residence is a strategic point for day-trips to the Tuscan hill-towns, the spas (Rapolano, Cianciano) as well as for cultural tours (archeological, the Piero della Francesca itinerary) and religious tours (Sanctuary della Verna, Hermitage of Camaldoli.
If desired, guests can participate in a short cooking course or a short painting course totally free of charge during their week of stay (offered on Tuesday). The chalet can host two people. As the property is totally fenced, guests may bring small pets.
Single season: April, May, June, July, September, October, August excluded. Euro 450 per week. Arrival and departure on Sunday.
